RegenOS is the Vector Group network’s flagship regenerative land-planning platform — a web app that brings mapping, AI-assisted design and food-forest workflows together so anyone can plan a productive, regenerative landscape. It began as an in-house idea: a tool we needed and couldn’t find, so we built it from the ground up.
The brief
Take the complex, expert process of regenerative land design and make it usable in a browser — visual, guided and genuinely helpful to growers, landowners and community projects across Aotearoa.
What we did
- Full platform build: end-to-end web app design & development — front end, data model and interface.
- Interactive mapping & AI design: mapping tools and AI-assisted layout for food forests and regenerative planting.
- AI infrastructure: the automation and AI workflows behind the planning engine.
- Brand & AI-readiness: brand identity plus GEO / AI-search foundations so it’s discoverable in Google and AI tools.
