Kai Resilience Co-operative is a national platform built to power a circular food economy. The challenge: a complex, feature-packed web application that makes a sophisticated system feel simple.
What we did
We designed a custom web application with a clean, modern interface that inspires trust and cooperation, using clear icons and a logical flow to guide users through its many features. At its core is a bespoke crop-swap platform that lets members exchange surplus produce with minimal friction, complemented by a custom tour-booking system for regenerative farm and garden tours, plus extensive, searchable directories of food-related businesses and organisations — all supported by a user-review system for transparency and trust.
More than a website, it’s a living tool that empowers the community to build a resilient, self-sufficient food system.
